Do your doll clothes fit all the baby dolls sold on your website or just specific sets?

The one piece outfits such as rompers, sleepers, snowsuits, etc. fit mostly the 18" to 21" dolls. The single pieces such as dresses, skirts, pants, shirts, etc. will fit the 24" dolls. The Playbabies have their own collection of clothing under Playbaby Collection with a description of size or age group.

 

Do you ship outside of the USA? Internationally/Worldwide?

All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and a quote will be emailed as to the shipping charges that the customer would be liable for.

International orders will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service because of their lower shipping rates, and will be shipped/charged for Global Express Shipping which includes insurance and a tracking number. A quote will be emailed as to the shipping charges that the customer would be liable for.

All Import Fees and Duty Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards as well as PayPal and Google Checkout.

All orders paid by check or electronic check will be held for 10 days before they are shipped.

We only accept money orders for international orders.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or Fed Ex unless we are requested to ship by some other means (any additional costs will be charged to the buyer). We strive to ship our orders within 72 hours from when the order was received. All orders will ship within 7 business days or the customer will be notified. Next Day and Second Day Air are available at an additional cost.
